Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Musa Khan Furniture, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each piece is made with care, heart and discipline. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction.
This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges, or refunds may be offered.
2. Custom Order Policy
Most of our furniture items are custom-made based on your selected design, size, materials, and finish.
Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or
damage during delivery.
3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only if one of the following occurs:
➣ Manufacturing Defect
If you receive an item with a clear defect in structure, joints, wood quality, fabric, or finishing, you may
request a return or repair.
➣ Wrong Item Delivered
If the delivered item does not match the order specifications (design, size, color, or material), you are
eligible for a return or exchange.
➣ Damage During Delivery
If the product is damaged during transport, you must report it within 24 hours with photos or videos.
4. Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a return:
➣ You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
➣ The furniture must be unused and in its delivered condition
➣ Proof of purchase is required
➣ Photos or videos of the defect/damage must be provided
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned:
➣ Custom-made furniture without defects
➣ Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
➣ Products altered or repaired by the customer
➣ Natural wood grain variations
➣ Minor variations in handcrafted items
6. Repairs & Replacements
If a return is approved, we may offer free repair, replacement of the defective part, or full replacement in
severe cases. Repairs or replacements may take 7–21 business days.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when an item cannot be repaired or remade, or if we are at fault and unable to complete the order.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Advance payments are non-refundable once production begins.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible.
9. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only when a wrong product is delivered or a manufacturing defect is verified.
